Let Customers Choose a Location on the Product Page
Show customers product availability by location directly on the single product page and let them select their preferred location before ordering. Display locations using a dropdown or radio buttons, add a custom heading or label, and customize the border, background color, and font size. Hide out-of-stock locations so customers only see locations where the product is available.
Assign Inventory at the Product Level
Enable multi-location inventory management for individual products and assign them to one or more locations from the product edit screen. Set priority, stock quantity, regular and sale prices, expiry date, location, and supplier for each inventory entry. Add as many locations as needed, with product-level stock information synced with the central Manage Stock table for unified inventory management.

Auto-Select the Nearest Location
Add a "Use Nearest Location" button to help customers quickly find the closest available stock location. The plugin uses the customer's browser geolocation to identify the nearest location, eliminating the need to manually search through a list of stores or warehouses. You can also restrict customers to a predefined location when required.
Set Up Multiple Store Locations
Create unlimited inventory locations for individual stores, regional warehouses, and other stock points, then organize them in a parent-child hierarchy based on your business structure. Add a manager name, email address, phone number, address, and geolocation details for every location to keep important information organized and support the nearest location feature.

Restrict Orders by Location and Time
Control how customers place orders from different inventory locations by limiting them to a predefined location or setting specific time windows during which a location can accept orders. You can also assign separate shipping zones, shipping methods, and payment methods to each location, giving you more control over order processing and fulfillment across multiple stores and warehouses.
Manage Suppliers
Add and manage multiple suppliers from your WooCommerce store and keep their information connected with your inventory workflow. Store supplier contact details, ordering email, website, billing currency, and warehouse address, and configure a default discount, tax rate, lead time, and cancellation policy for each supplier.

Create and Track Purchase Orders
Create purchase orders for specific suppliers and inventory locations directly from your WooCommerce store. Link each purchase order to a supplier and location, notify the supplier by email, and automatically update stock at the linked location once the purchase order is marked as received. This helps keep your inventory quantities accurate without requiring manual stock updates.
Run the Plugin from the Backend Only
Disable front-end location selection and allow customers to place orders without choosing a location themselves. You can assign a location to each order manually from the backend or let the plugin automatically assign orders based on the location with the highest available stock or a preset priority ranking.

Control Stock Visibility on the Shop Page
Hide products that are out of stock across all or selected locations on your shop and archive pages. You can also add a location filter widget alongside the default WooCommerce shop filters, allowing customers to browse products available at a specific store, warehouse, or inventory location.
Manage Stock From a Single Table
View and manage stock for every product and inventory location from one central table without opening individual products. Edit stock quantity, regular price, sale price, low stock threshold, and backorder settings, filter inventory by SKU, product name, and category, and switch between an all-locations view and individual location tabs. You can also view the change history for any product and location to keep track of stock updates.

Customize Stock Status Colors
Set different colors for in stock, out of stock, backorder, low stock, and over stock statuses to make inventory levels easier to identify at a glance. You can also define an over stock threshold to automatically flag products with surplus inventory and help store managers monitor stock levels more efficiently.
Import and Export Stock with CSV
Update inventory information across multiple locations in bulk by importing a CSV file. Import stock quantities, prices, and low stock thresholds, while existing records are automatically updated by matching the product and location. You can also export your current inventory data to a CSV file whenever you need to review, update, or manage stock information outside your WooCommerce store.

Track Performance with the Analytics Dashboard
Monitor inventory and sales performance across your locations with a built-in analytics dashboard. View total revenue, units sold, and average gross margin for a selected date range and location, compare revenue and sales across multiple locations, and review turnover and margins individually. You can also generate a demand forecast for each product based on historical sales consistency to better understand future inventory requirements.
