Credit Notes

When an order is refunded, a credit note is generated automatically. They can also be created manually for any order when required. Four templates are available, and displayed details such as order number, date, contact information, and shipping data are fully configurable. Numbering follows a structured format like CN-{year}-{sequence} with a configurable starting point.

Proforma Invoices

Proforma invoices are triggered automatically the moment a new order comes in. Choose from four templates and configure every field that appears, including SKU, price columns, shipping data, and contact details. A terms and disclaimer section is available, and document numbering uses the format PF-{year}-{sequence} with a configurable sequence start.

Pick List

Give your fulfillment team a single consolidated view of everything that needs to be picked across all active orders. Sort items by product name, filter out virtual products, and choose which columns appear on the list including product name, SKU, category, and quantity.

Generate Invoices and Slips in Bulk

Process documentation for multiple orders in one go directly from the WooCommerce orders list. Send email invoices, download packing slips, and export pick lists across a full batch of orders without opening a single order individually.

Sequential and Custom Invoice Numbering
